Order Cancellation Policy

At Shelika Clothes, we understand that you may occasionally change your mind after placing an order.
This Order Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel an order and the related refund process.

 


 

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

· Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before it has been dispatched, whichever comes first.

· Once your order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

· To cancel an order, please email us at info@shelikaclothes.com with the following details:

Order ID

Registered Email / Phone Number

Reason for Cancellation

After receiving your request, our team will confirm whether cancellation is possible.

 


 

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

· Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

· If you still wish to cancel after dispatch, you may refuse the delivery at your doorstep.

In this case, the item will be returned to us, and after inspection, a refund will be processed after deducting the two-way shipping cost.

 


 

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

· If your order is cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

· Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after confirmation of cancellation.

· For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will process the refund via bank transfer or UPI once bank details are shared by the customer.

 


 

4. Partial Order Cancellations

· You may request to cancel a specific item in your order (if it hasn’t been shipped).

· In such cases, the remaining items will continue to be processed and shipped normally.

· The cancelled item’s amount will be refunded as per our refund process.

 


 

5. Automatic Order Cancellation

Your order may be automatically cancelled by Shelika Clothes under the following circumstances:

· Payment failure or non-confirmation within the time limit.

· Incorrect or incomplete shipping address/contact details.

· Product out of stock or quality issue detected before dispatch.

· Suspected fraudulent or duplicate orders.

In such cases, you will be informed via email or SMS, and a full refund will be issued if payment was already made.

 


 

6. Orders Placed During Sale or Offers

Orders placed during Sale Events, Discount Offers, or Clearance Sales are not eligible for cancellation once confirmed, due to limited-time availability and high demand.

 


 

7. Modification of Orders

If you wish to change your size, color, or address after placing the order, please contact us within 12 hours.
We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order hasn’t been shipped.

· Cancellations are accepted only through official email communication.

· WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, or other channels are not valid for cancellation requests.
