6. Failed or Pending Transactions
· In case of a payment failure, your amount (if debited) is usually refunded automatically to your original payment source within 5–7 working days by the payment gateway or bank.
· If your transaction remains pending or shows “Processing,” please avoid retrying immediately. Wait for confirmation or contact us.
7. Refunds for Cancelled or Returned Orders
· Refunds for cancelled or returned orders are processed as per our Refunds & Returns Policy.
· Prepaid refunds are credited back to the same payment method used during checkout.
· For COD refunds, we process the amount via bank transfer or UPI ID after verifying your details.
8. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
· If we suspect any fraudulent, suspicious, or high-risk activity, your transaction may be temporarily held, and verification may be required.
