Refunds & Returns Policy

At Shelika Clothes, we want every woman to look and feel her best in our ready-made fashion.
Each product goes through careful quality checks before dispatch. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.

 


 

1. Applicable Categories

This policy applies to all ready-made women’s wear sold under the following categories on our website:
�� Tops
�� Bottoms
��️‍♀️ Activewear
�� Co-ord Sets
�� Winter Wear
�� Shirts

All products are ready-to-wear and sold as final finished garments (not made-to-measure or custom stitched).

 


 

2. Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

· You received the wrong size, wrong product, or damaged/defective item.

· The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

· The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

��️ Note:

· Returns are accepted only for size issues, wrong item, or damaged product.

· We do not accept returns for reasons like “change of mind” or “did not like the color/fabric,” as product images and details are clearly displayed online.

 


 

3. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and fashion industry reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

· Innerwear, lingerie, or undergarments (if any sold under activewear sets)

· Accessories (belts, scarves, etc.)

· Discounted / Clearance / Sale items

· Products purchased during special offers or festivals (End of Season Sale, Festive Sale, etc.)

Please check the product page carefully before placing your order.

 


 

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email us at info@shelikaclothes.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Include the following details:

Order ID

Product name

Reason for return/exchange

Photos or unboxing video of the product received

3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address (wherever available).

4. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or replacement.

 


 

5. Refund Policy

a. Refund Method

· Refunds will be issued to the original payment mode (UPI, Razorpay, Credit/Debit Card, etc.).

· For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI ID after verification.

b. Refund Timeframe

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned product.

 


 

6. Exchange Policy

· You can request an exchange for size or color (if available).

· Exchanges are accepted only once per order.

· If the requested product is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit instead.

 


 

7. Cancellation Policy

· Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they are not yet shipped.

· Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible — you may apply for a return after delivery as per this policy.

 


 

8. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item:

· Notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@shelikaclothes.com with an unboxing video or images.

· After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, as applicable.

 


 

9. Important Notes

· Return pickup service is subject to courier availability in your location.

· Returned items must be properly packed to prevent damage during transit.

· Products failing quality checks after return (washed, worn, or tag removed) will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

· We reserve the right to decline returns that do not comply with this policy.
