This policy explains how discounted, sale, and clearance items are handled in terms of pricing, returns, exchanges, and order fulfillment.
1. Definition of Sale or Clearance Items
An item is considered a Sale or Clearance product if:
· It is displayed under the “Sale”, “Offer”, or “Clearance” section on our website.
· It has a discount applied to the MRP (Maximum Retail Price).
· It is part of any festive, seasonal, or promotional campaign (such as End of Season Sale, Diwali Sale, Flash Sale, etc.).
2. Pricing & Availability
· All sale prices are clearly marked on the product page.
· The discount offered may vary depending on product availability, style, and size.
· Prices during a sale are valid only for the duration of that sale and may change without prior notice.
· Once stock is sold out, items will not be restocked at the same discounted price.
3. Product Quality
· Every sale item undergoes the same quality checks as regular-priced products.
· Minor issues like packaging wear, tag creasing, or fabric folds (due to storage or handling during sale events) are not considered product defects.
4. Return & Exchange Policy for Sale Items
We maintain strict hygiene and transparency standards for our clothing.
Therefore, return and exchange policies for sale or clearance items are limited as follows:
· Clearance Sale Items:
�� Non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
�� Refunds are not issued unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
· Discounted / Sale Items (Non-clearance):
�� Eligible for exchange only in case of size or defect issues, and subject to stock availability.
�� No refunds for “change of mind” or dissatisfaction with style/color.
All return requests must follow our Refunds & Returns Policy and be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
5. Cancellations of Sale Orders
· Orders placed during Sale or Clearance periods cannot be cancelled once confirmed or shipped.
· Any cancellation request before dispatch will be processed at the discretion of Shelika Clothes.
· In case of approved cancellations, refunds will exclude applicable payment gateway or shipping charges.
6. Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds for defective or wrong products under sale will:
· Be processed only after quality inspection.
· Be made to the original payment mode (for prepaid) or via bank transfer/UPI (for COD).
· Take 7–10 working days after approval.
7. Exchange Conditions
Exchanges for sale products (if allowed) are subject to:
· Availability of the requested size or color.
· The product being unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
· One exchange per order only.
If the requested size or style is unavailable, a store credit or refund (excluding discounts) may be issued at our discretion.
8. Packaging & Delivery During Sale
· Due to high order volume during Sale or Clearance events, shipping and delivery may take 2–3 extra business days.
· All products are shipped in secure packaging and undergo standard inspection before dispatch.
9. Additional Discount Codes
· Coupon codes or promotional vouchers cannot be combined with Sale or Clearance discounts unless explicitly mentioned.
· If a coupon is used during a sale, the final effective discount shown at checkout will apply.
